For your goal, the power can be reached easily with the F22 motor. I am trying to remember if they made a 94 ex with the B1 motor or not. Since your power goal is realitivly low, a t3t4 a/r .69 @ 14lbs will get you there.
1) Turbo - t3t4 a/r .69
2) Many choices and styles to choose from, just make sure it is made of good or high quality.
3) Injectors - I wouldnt go anything under 550cc. Mainly for room to grow, and your not working those 330cc injectors to the max.
4) If you get a turbo kit, which is not a bad choice, it will come with one and most are 2.5" and is plenty big for your goal. Or go to a shop and have one frabricate. I would recommend a 3" (once again, giving yourself some room to grow.)
5) Oil lines - I wouldnt recommend a water cooled turbo, just from my experience, but once again the kit will come with them, or you go to your local performance shop and get everything you need (an fittings, SSbraided lines, ect)
6) Manifold - A log manifold will support close to 375-400hp, good or high quality manifold is a must.
7) FMU - YOU DONT NEED!
8) Piping - I would look for a kit to your spefic year, make, and model and all the piping will come fit for your vecihle. If you can fabricate your own things, as piping, manifold, exhaust, ect it will save quite a few hundred dollars.
9)Wastegate - I would just stay with a standard 38mm wastegate. (good or high quality is a must!)
10) Tune - You get take your ecu, have it chipped for crome for about 100 bux. Then get a street tune (cheapest route) or get it on the dyno. But I will tell you, a street tune on anything over 12 psi isnt very safe (because you cant read the timing). Your power goal will need to see a dyno.
You will also need a fuel pump for your goal.
can i use Greddy EManage Fuel and Ignition Computer to tune my car?
I wouldnt recommend that.
