I'm trying to use a pw0 eco is this a v-tec ecu and does anybody know where i can get pinouts for it.

i doubt its the ecu. drive it up to 6500 RPM, if u dont hit vtec, its not the ecu. rarely is an ECU in perfect condition accept for vtec. try checking ur solenoid, ur oil level, and other things that make vtec engage.
