JDM ecu vs USDM ecu

What is the difference between the two? Specificial the p30 and p72.

I know the wiring in the engine harness is backwards, but with a jdm ecu plug in and work for a usdm harness and engine?

JDM Ecu's will have a speed limiter on them at around 115ish mph. Both will plug into your harness no problem.
