K24/K20 swap

Hi there! I'm new here so sorry if i'm repeating something.
I have an 98 ITR and i was thinking in a B20 swap.
I've been reading about the K24/K20 combination, and it's absolutely amazing.
I wanna know if it's dificult to install in the DC2 and if the money spent it's worth. I think the B20 should be half or even less the money that i would spend on the k...

PS: The B20 or K24 will take forged internals or even a stroker kit,
to be easier to rev and to be reliable
