ka motor in a '88 crx si???

has anyone done this? is it worth the extra hassel and money over the b16 swap? car is gutted with a aluminium dash and door pannels.

opps! i ment k series... '01- current si motor. or even an h22... i want to make about 200-250 hp on motor alone.

theres a couple of people that did k20 swaps into crx's, I am sure there is more poeple that have done the swap but heres some links for you.

id say put the h22a in the crx...do to motor placement and better torque......a friend of mine put a h22a in his car and beat his dads 05 mr evo on rolling start....the k20a motor is a nice motor to have...but is farely difficult to turbo do to the way the engine is facing...if ur willing to spend the time on swapping put in the k20 if not put in the h22a
