ls transmission swapping

i have been searching for 2 days now and i cant find anything. are obd1 transmission parts swappable with obd2 parts? parts where i am from are scarce and i found a good obd1 cable ls transmission but my car is hydrolic. if i got a hydrolic case could i put the cable parts into it?

it seems easier to me to just make something that will still use my hydrolic system on the cable tranny
