Advantage- can use really really long rods and rev to 10k all day long.
Disadvantage- it's not an LS/VTEC anymore- it'll have geometry closer (or identical if you get the rod length right) to a B16B. You'll only have 1.6L of displacement- so no extra LS/VTEC torque.
