I just completed a JDM B16A2 swap in a 95 del sol si, everything went well and the motor runs great... I Ordered a LSD equipped B16 from hmotorsonline. Steve there told me to expect some noise from the LSD, but I did not expect what is occuring, at slow speeds and cornering there is what feels like wheel hop and clunking coming from the passenger axle. Is this normal? If I accelerate more aggressively while turning the noise goes away? Please help.

Yeah, same shit happens to me. You need to get some KAAZ oil to put in your tranny...well we do 
Mine still does it after 450 miles. as for your last question 
don't do that!!!! you will perminantly scar the LDS plates and the chatter will never leave.,..and your car will suck at handling. You need to go drive in figure-8s (after getting some KAAZ oil) for half an hour to get rid of it. Go to the KAAZ page, it has tips on breaking in your LSD.
