Ran the 'stang in its first autocross today and also became a SCCA member. Everyone at the autox has been to quite a few auto-x's before, and I think me and maybe one other car was the first time racing. Therefore my times were terrible, but I had a great time and hope to go to another auto-x this month.

There were quite a few WRX's, and one STi
Two neons that were driving well but their cars sounded/looked like crap. His license plate says RACE ME. And I sure would
Two other Mustangs were there. An older guy driving a 35th edition GT and someone else driving a 89 or so GT 5.0L vortech supercharged, 3.55 gears, new intake manifold, headers, x pipe, flowmasters, lowered, and a shortshifter. Basically, the future of my car when i get enough money.
And three vettes. The red one in a video i'll post is very very quick. The stingray and yellow vette weren't all that great. similiar times to what i was running.
Finally, the TT cars. 300zx and Stealth. Both were doing quite well.
