This looks like the garage of the guy posted in the BMW meet with the line of cars, and the checkered garage looks like that huge car guru out in Texas that has the lift in his garage with all the porsche's and z06's and stuff.
So to me, it looks like two different places the pictures were taken from off of the internet.
