This is my first civic but I'm very mechanically inclined and do all my own work.
It's a 95 2dr with d15 motor with a blown headgasket.

Ok I want to do an easy cheap swap $200-$800 budget.

Whats a quick rundown on swaps for like a Head swap or full swap?

So far my research shown D15 with D16 vtec head swap. or full D16 swap.
Anything else I can do with that budget?

If you look hard enough, you may be able to find a B18 swap; I have a couple friends who were able to find them for around $500.

Simply fixing the blown head gasket would be cheapest, of course(assuming nothing is warped).

Just took the head off and cylinders 1 3 & 4 look like this...

Yeah I'm going to dig around this week n see what I can get.

Hmotorsonline.com get the D15b swap. Super easy and cheap.

I decided to do a B16 swap instead almost did a D16y8 I got that motor first but I'm selling it now. and got a great deal on a full B16 swap for nearly the same price from a friend of mine.
