I was wanting to put a skunk2 chip on my 96 integra but the only availible chip they have is for a 94-95 integra which is A OBD1 ECU, but mine is a obd2, could i still fit that 94-95 integra chip on my 96 integra?

1- Skunk2 does not make a chip for either the LS or the GSR.
2- 96 ecu's are OBD2. To chip an ecu, you need to be OBD0 or OBD1.
Since you didn't mention, I'll just send some prices your way.
OBD2-1 adapter - $150
LS (P75) ecu - average - $150
GSR (P72) ecu - average - $275
Chipping your ecu - average - $125
The problem with most ecu chips is the redline is WAY higher than the engine can withstand. I myself can change the redlines of all the chips I carry, thus making the power increases redline safe. I don't do 9000 redlines on a LS engine that is 6800 stock, that's just asking for trouble.
