need help

hey everyone i need help figuring this out. my car jolts every time i'm at 1,600 rpm's. i also idle low and some times high. i replaced my iac valve and haven't been able to figure out how it gets hookd back up theres also the hose that comes off the bottom of my throttle body that i can't find a spot for. i have a 93 civic hatch with a D16z6. any info would be really helpfull pics or good diagrams also really helpful...... thanks

Take a picture of the hose?
(I bet missing hoses is the reason for your idle/surging power problem)
