Monday was my 4 year anniv from quitting smoking
every year since then it's been the same resolution, get in better shape
every year I make a little progress, I lost two belt loops in 2006. I started the new year with a bang, 2.5 hours of cardio, weights, and core training. I've been going strong ever sense, low cal protien shakes and kashi, baked chicken and fish. Gonn splurge tonight cause bether is comming over, Tortilini and garlic bread
