o2 sensor Problem!?!

Ok , i have a 98 civic hatch with a gsr obd1 engine running a p72 obd2a ecu,
I did the CKF Bypass and the Knock sensor Bypass with my DX harness.
Im running a JDM 98 spec ITR header and a JDM ITR Cat
The ecu looks for 2 o2 sensors, but I only have a plug or hole for one...
what should i Do???
I WANT AND NEED TO PASS INSPECTION, AND I WANT TO TAKE OFF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

Have your local muffler shop drill and weld a bung so that you have a secondary o2 spot. Depending on where they decide to install the bung may require 2nd o2 wire extending.

I think he might be referring to the hole in his header and cat, not plugs in the wiring harness.

Does it matter where they weld on the bung on the cat?
Does it have to match OEM fitment or spot?
