what kind of o2 sensor do i need for my odb1 setup?

how do i wire it if im running one wideband sensor and only one o2 sensor to the ecu, would i cet a check engine ligth then?

What wideband? if you are just trying to run a wideband, get one of the ones like the PLX that is standalone, drill a bung into your header and run it independent. If you want to use it as you o2, you need to run a capacitor so your ECU see narrowband, but your reader sees wide.

okay, aint it better to drill the hole in the down pipe so i can read out of all four cylinders?

yeah, it should be just before the car on the downpipe.

you can run a wideband AS your o2, or you can run a wideband WITH your oem o2.

as john said, its all in the wiring.
