Ok im looking to convert my 98 civic dx sedan d16y7 obd2 to a ond1 car. My reason for doing so is so that it will get rid of my CEL and not need the reading from the second o2 sensor that the previous owner removed adding this new exhaust system. Plus there is no cat in the car. I am looking to also turbo down the road. So my question is to complete this do i just need a obd1 ecu most likely a p28 and a obd2 to obd1 obd1 conversion harness and a tune afterwards or is there more to it? Iv gotten mixed statements on this issue.
