obo0 to obd1 pin outs

ok i have very limits funds for this so if any one can help
i have a 90 si crx and i want to make it obd1 i don't have $$$$ to get a jumper so i want to cut the plugs of the ecu and use obd1 plugs so if and one knows how this works please help
