are you asking about an OBD conversion? basicall you go here and search for obd conversion harnesses. then you get OBD1 injectors, ECU, dizzy and do the converison.
 
OBD0 has an injector resistor box and they are peak and hold
OBD1 doesnt have a resistor box and they are saturdated.

Yes. Also, FYI, you do not need to convert to OBD1 injectors when you go to an OBD1 ecu setup. You can retain the pre-obd (OBD0) injectors and the resistor box and it will be perfectly fine.

When goin to OBD-1...the OBD-0 injectors can still be used if the resistor box is used..Am I right? If I decide to use OBD-1 injector, then they can be wired direct?

if you use obd1 injectors then yes they can be wired direct
