yes, Pac-10, SEC, and Big-10 for the win, everything else is second rate IMO and that incudes the Big-12 (especially you Oklahoma! LOL)

well the SEC has hands down the fastest defense conference wide, and the Pac-10 has the fastest offense as a conference. Big-10/ Big-12 usually has a little on both ends but not as much one in either category.

I would say the one acception to the rule this year is USC who's lightining fast on either side of the ball
