P28 wiring diagram

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the OBD1 P28 ecu? We need to know which pin is for the spool valve (vtec).

We're trying to find the spool solenoid, as have just transplanted a B16 into the car. Should there be a voltage from the A4 pin when the car is revved to 6000rpm? So far our curcuit tester didn't pick up any voltage.
Please help!!
