i didnt even know wtf ephedra was, but adding 120 on ur bench was whack.

There is no trick. You have to live with the plan you chose. I still eat some junk here and there. I just cut out the stupid shit. I drink pepsi ONE.(not great but OK.) I switched to bananas, apples, oranges, and strawberries at my breaks during work. I was eating candy bars and cheetos. I work out, four days a week, and do cardio at the end of every workout. When the boss buys donuts on Friday, I eat one. If I want a burger, I eat one. You decide what works for you.

True. Ephedra=Where am the crack? In moderation, I thought it was fun. Definitely helps to take a ripped fuel with Ephedra on a hangover. :) It doesn't cut fat, but gives you energy that you might not normally have. Not a great every day thing......

330 is a lot, but it's attainable by most people. I'm not huge, but I put up 225 for six reps on Monday. I'm still working on it. I'm more about all around fitness, so strength is only part of it.

Thanks to Blanco on the L-Glutamine tip. It's helped me gain more muscle mass without sacrificing my main goals.:thumbsup:

i was a pussy and could only bench like 135, i put up 240 then, so it isnt quite 120 but close enough. and beleive me or not i dont care.

I haven't gained at all in bench since, but 1 inch bi's, 1 inch chest, down to 29-30" waist. I recently started runing 20miles a week, about 4 weeks ago. Best thing ever, Im eating about 2200-2400 cals a day, with under 80carbs, and under 35grams of fat and atleast 160grams in protein, using only 44actual grams from a shake.

I recently also got these daily pills packs from costco consists of 7 of them, I'm not nearly as tired and my skin looks healthier then ever.

Currently I'm about 10-12%bf, but still 160lbs unfortunately. I broke up with this chick about 1 month ago, and yeah saw I got fatter, so I just worked out as hard as hell, event hough I work fulltime at burger king, best choice ever. All my gains probably have been in the last month, kind of crazy if you ask.

Sorry, just wanted to boast, or something because I really am humble in person about anything like this.
 
i have the last few existing bottles of pure ephedra here... unopened... probably never gonna be used....
