Purge Cut-off Solenoid Valve

I am looking for the Purge Cut-Off Solenoid Valve in my 90 CRX Si, and Can't Find it. I need it to hook up the VTEC on my new motor. Don't ask why. There should be a Red/White wire going into it, but there are 3 Red/White wires on my motor. thanks in advance!

Oh yea, what does this solenoid/valve thingy do anyways?

it should be on the center of your fuel rail.
