Not to be a dick at all, but you missed the point. I'm on a STRICT budget, like $50 bucks extra a week, if I don't spend A PENNY at all on anything(Do you have ANY idea how hard that is when you are with friends or anything in college times?) . There is NO way I can afford a GSR motor, that's like 5K on a complete swap, you are talking to someone who has never had more than $1200 bucks in his possession ever in his life.
I'm just very new to the scene of DOHC, I've messed with D-series a lot. So I have a B16A that is OBD0 and I want to put it in my hatch, but I've read not to even bother with it because of how many problems can arise putting a OBD0 in a OBD1 car, so I'm asking everyone that can understand my position what can I take the FIRST and very careful steps to putting a DOHC VTEC in my hatch. Don't really care on horses, I just want to make this possible in my situation, if it was me, sure I would have gotten a Type R motor and put it in there, but I can only dream of that, so I took the next best to me, a B16,I had a friend that needed money for drugs and he didn't care about the motor, so I got it hoping I can put this in my daily driver. I got a OBD0 version, can't help that, just want to make this work if possible.
So should I sell it and then get a OBD1 version, or just give up and put turbo on my D15B? I'll put pics of it and display everything I got with them motor when I wake up (had problems uploading the pics earlier)
