Reading ecu code

so i try this ecu code thing for the first time. i get two lights, 1 second, pause, 1 second, long pause, repeats. this is a code 1, right? or a 20? help please. thanks.

okay, so that is the electrical load detector. i get the code when i am in fourth gear and go over 4000 rpm in boost. how can i correct this?
