1 bunch water crest
1 medium sized tomato
1/4 red onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sweet sauce (see pictures)
1 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS oil for cooking
For vinegar sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 and 1/2 TBS sugar
pinch salt
pinch pepper
