relay or dizzy?!?!?

ok so..wen to try to start the civic again today and it wouldnt start,,pulled the plugs and checked for spark,,no spark..
soo i have been told that its either main relay or the dizzy is bad...

the car was getting spark and fuel yesterday and had compression

now im gettig fuel and compression but no spark.....

what are your opinions?!?

main relay if it just freakin quit on you with no symptoms, and if the weather is an extreme (cold, humid).

ignition module in the distributor if you had rpm fluctuations like a nervous tic and then it went all nuts on ya.

just based on my previous experiences...

but basically over the course of a week id try to start the car and it would idle at 1k very rough then die...or it would start and rev to 4k all by itself...i know the car has vacuum leak somewhere...but the ignition has been wierd,,so im leaning more towards dizzy,,but i figure i get more opions

i do get a cel but thats most likely because of my o2 sensor not being hooked up...
im replacing dizzy as soon as i find one cheap

i know for a fact its the o2 i put the wire back in and reset ecu..the cel goes off....
then if i pull the wire out it goes on again...i have an msd blaster 2 coil..soo could i just take the coil out of the dizzy and run exteranl coil??
