have a 91 crx with a boosted ls motor fully tuned and built. lately noticed smoke comming from exhaust after ideling for a while. ive heard the valve seals could be bad or could this just be a top end problem or what.could the average guy fix this

If the smoke is dark/black then its burning oil. If it is white and smells kind of sweet then it is coolant. Burning coolant usually means a blown head gasket.
