Rod with spun bearing

I'm looking to buy these GSR rods, and one of them had a spun bearing but the groove is still there. Only problem is it has heat spots where the bearing is. Is this reusable?

Fuck that. A machne shop could clean it up yes, but how much are stock rods that AREN"T fucked up?
