S80 tranny flush?

Can anyone tell me if I should just use the basic 10w-30 oil for my s80 tranny or would it be ok to use synthetic? Or is synthetic motor oil a def. no.....Let me know thanks

go to acura or honda dealer and get some manual tranny fluid

If i go the the dealer ther gonna try charging me an arm and a leg for some motor oil to put in my tranny :-(

Just use plain old 10w-30 petrol. I'm not sure about synthetic, but why? It's more expensive!

not really anymore then regular sythetic oil would be. costed me like 5-6 bucks a quart, you only need like 2 quarts.

or get Penzoil GM syncromesh transfluid. Costs 4.99 a bottle. Honda's is like 6 or so. All you need is 3 bottles, and you only use a little bit from the third bottle.

Why go cheap. It's not like you have to go cheap because you change it ever few weeks, its $15-20 for better transmission feel for 20k+ miles. Why wouldn't you?
