Skunk2 Manifold D16z6 Idles crapy!!!!!HELP

We installed a skunk2 pro series manifold on a d16z6 that was swaped into a hatch. When we finished and started it up it idle high then low then high then low. It sounded like someone keep reving it up real fast over and over. I really would like to know what is causing this so if any help let me know. PLZ the car is a daily driver.

what sensor is that? Is it on the manifold or throttlebody?

we forgot to hook up a line to it the one on the drivers side what do we need to do. it didnt ruin it did it.
