i put a locking exterior door knob on my room the day I moved in. no one else has a key except me.
they wouldn't even have to plant em. I own like 5 of the ones he says he's missing, but they are common movies-Lord of the rings series, amer. pie, and phantom of the opera.
Since he's so anal about his organization of his movies, I'm tempted to go home one day and fuck the order all up, and put em back nice and neat. this is the kind of shit i will resort to if i get stuck here, just little bullshit he can't do anything about, but annoys the hell out of him.

yea, either way, i'm gonna get mine. i dont give a fuck if it's this dudes house or not (which i actually need to check on, because of the house is under his parents name or something, then he can't write the lease), he is out of fucking line acting like this and having the nerve to accuse people of stealing shit. It may not be much in comparison to a house payment, but I pay $700 a month after including utilities. For me being a student and supporting myself, thats a lot of fucking money, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some respect. I treat his home just as I would my own, with care, and this fucking douche thinks he can be like that whenever he wants.
It may come across as if i'm all worked up about this, but i'm really not. I'm being patient and trying to go about this the right way by letting him do shit he shouldn't be doing, giving me a right to leave the situation w/o any legal action against me.

i pay $800/mo in seattle. my gf pays $800/mo for her half. we live in a brand new townhouse. but it's only rent though. we dont' own.
it's all relative to where you live and what you live in. our house kicks ass, but i can't afford to buy yet.
i admit ive got OCD... i dont expect others to organize to my standards... but i do expect them to respect my organization, and if they move something either put it back where and how they got it, or give it directly to me so i can put it back where and how it is supposed to be

Yea, honestly this house has always been cool. I have been able to store all my tools and other shit in the garage and periodically work on my jeep in there w/ no problem whatsoever. The other roommates were always cool and we would even kick back while bbq'ing and stuff like that. I used to cook a lot, until my stuff started getting fucked up, and now i really don't just because of the hassle to get the stuff out. Up until recently, its been worth the money
like i said, my gf has been around since the beginning, and me, her, and marty have kicked back in the common areas a couple times too. There was never any problem until he got this insecure bitch around. The problem is, I can't just say that his gf is causing problems and move out, so I have to find other things.

all of these dvd's were sitting on the floor in random boxes in the corner when i borrowed them, then his gf organized them on a shelf.

Just talked to the attorney for about 45 mins. I'm in the clear to quit the lease in the 15 days. I'm fuckin out.
As for recouping costs to move, he said i could, but court in general is a p.i.t.a.
I'm undecided on whether or not to go to small claims. right now I am just happy that i can find a place and get the hell out.
