OK so I took out my sol and ran two time trials jsut to get an Idea of what I would be running and in the first I ran 15.4 and in the second I ran a 15.3 does anyone have any Idea what I can do to bring that to a 15.00 or even a 14.9

Do it like the wrestlers do. Take your body weight now, and get it to 3/4's of what it is, no matter what kind of shape you're in, its damn possible. Then gut teh fucking car like a stinky fish, including everything from door panels to carpet. Then Buy some NAWWWWWSSSS, and you might hit a 14.9!!!
