what is the difference between stage 2 and 3.....

I mean cluches, valve trains, stuff like that.....

whatever the hell the manufacturer of the specific product says it is

there are no set guidelines of what makes one item "stage 2" and another "stage 3"

so aside from comparing like product from the same manufacturer (ie: cams from Skunk2 stage 2 and stage 3) it is an absolutly worthless unit of comparisson


as a general rule... when comparing like product from the same manufacturer, the higher number will be more "agressive"

but this is not set in stone either

basicly "stages" are fucking worthless

what kid of cams you think is better for my all motor GSR

I was thinking eather type R/ cuz they cheap and add some power

or Jun stage 3.....

now wich one you think are the best once out there for street use......

relieble and not too expensive....
 
there is a HUGE difference between stock ITR cams and JUN stage 3s
skunk cams are good for street use because they retain the stock profiles for the low lobes (if you stay out of VTEC then you get decent fuel economy and if tuned right you wont have emissions issues)
for decent gains and street use i would say go with the Skunk 2 stage 2 cams
