Struts and spring help

Alright so I just got new pair of struts and coilovers no problem
Installing BUT the struts are sticking up way pat washer and nut is screwed all the way down can't figure out why it is doing plz help

Get some top hats. what kind of coilovers are they

I got um lol just had left out a metal washer on the bottom end which was allowing the strut to poke threw
