Struts Are Blown, What Should I Get

I have a 97 civic DX with bad struts. I'm leaning towards kyb agx's and nuespeed sport springs. I don't really want to spend more than $600 on this so what do you guys suggest

kyb agx's seem to be most people's first choice when on a budget...but i'd get eibach's instead of neuspeed. i've read alot of user reviews at www.carreview.com (performance parts) before buying my springs. i have eibach sportlines on my crx and they are not bouncy at all and feel solid in the turns. the car feels glued to the road, even over bumps.
