? i heard the t4 will fully spool up at 3k rpm, im guessing that would be best if i have a little shorter geared b16 tranny?

doubtful. maybe on a v12 shotting out all kinds of air flow, but not on a dinky honda motor.
full t4, non-ball bearing, expect 5000+ for full spool.

and its ALWAYS better to have a shorter geared tranny
