whats up...i was wondering how a person would tune his motor. what i mean by this is that like how would you tune ur car to stop detonation or how u tune ur car for turbo....how is all of this done. I think this is an art which takes time to learn, but i wouldnt mind learn this...so whats involved in tuning
 
they will mainly play around with the air fuel mixture, vtec activation point (if they have vtec) adjust the cam timing, speed up or slow down the electrical timing. These people know pretty much how to get rid of alot of the highperformance set backs (detonation, running too rich/lean, ect.) Mainly they will just mess around with the ECU.
