throttle body swap

i want to use my old throttle body on my b18a1 because the adjuster screw on my b16a1 isn't working is it possible to just swap it

are they both the same size?
is there anything i would need?

i think they are the same. more then likely identical

I think the b16 is a tad bigger but im not sure.
