My throttle cable is fraying. The car is a Honda Civic si, 1989; the engine is a '94 GSR. I'm guessing that I need the throttle cable that fits the 1989 Civic not the '94 Integra?
Nothing available at parts stores, so Honda has to order the cable and can't return it; I'd like to get it right the first time. I did pull an identical looking cable from a '91 Integra LS, but the length is different and it won't work.
