Transmission issue after swap

Hey guys new here I ran into a slight problem I just swapped a b18 into my 95 civic and the problem is the trans won't reach all the way to the bottom of the block I can literally see part of the flywheel showing underneath the car any idea why this is the trans came off a 95 integra!!

If it is what I think it is, your just missing a fly wheel cover : /

It's non vtec.. Flywheel cover huh where can I get that? Any ideas

There's an integra at my local junk yard but it has the auto tranny it won't fit on a 5 speed will it?
