Tune myself

Ok, i got a problem. Here in Germany no one can tune a FI Honda.
I wanna build a B16A2 Turbo, i dont know what to use.
I want a freely tunable ecu or something, a hondata with the ability to tune would cost more than 1000$.
What about a VAFC, any ideas?

Crome and Uberdata(although UD is no longer officially PGMFI-ware) both support boost quite nicely. You might have some issues with the Euro ECUs since the US code is more feature-ful, but they can be worked out. There are *many* Europeans who post on PGMFI, so you will probably be able to find someone close to you.
