If you are getting the b16 make sure you get the tranny too. I would advise you to get the engine first and worry about the nitrous another time. This way, once you get the engine, you can feel it out and see if you still want to go with FI or NA.
I also wouldn't get a heavy asS box and big AsS wheels; get some nice lite 15" wheels and try to weight reduction mods, if your teg is an RS even better, they 're pretty lite.
Snailonaramp is right about that, the earlier you make peak power the better, although this may not apply to domestics. I don't want to scare you away from the turbo set-up, but those fuel mangement mods can make this a pretty expensive project.
