type r cams???

i have a b16a2 and i want to put ITR cams in.
do i have to adjust the valves,
if so can someone tell me the specs

no, you dont have to but it wouldn't be a bad idea to do so while you're in there and the specs are:

intake: .006-.007
exhaust: .007-.008

you also need to change the valve springs if you want to rev past the stock b16a redline

wat sort of power gain would u see with the itr cams?

itr cams require itr (or better) valve springs and retainers to hold them.

gain is relative to what else you have done. stock for stock in a b16, about 5whp.
