VA DMV registration errs

just a heads up for the VA boys. i bought a rx7 last nov, got 2 year registration (mistake), sold it in july. take the plates back, and only get ~$30 back. errrr. registration is like 40/yr, and plates are worth like 10. i was expecting 50.
so don't do 2 yr unless ur sure or just don't do it. small amount but so weasely of them.
