Valvetrain question

Hey all, I bought Crower Stage 2 Turbo Cams today, and I'm awaiting their arrival.

My question is this:
It says in the ad that I need to buy the Crower Valve Spring and Retainer kit to run these cams. Is this a necessity or just the company trying to sucker me into something I dont need?

This is in a B18B1 that is getting turbod, and I do NOT plan on changing the rev limiter at all.

If you don't get them, the high lift of the cams will cause valve spring bind, which will cause valve float, which will destroy your entire engine. You have to upgrade the valve train for anything over "stage one" from any manufacturer.
