i say get bush the f out. we dont need a born again to lead this country. as for a non military person to be comander and cheif of our military, who is he to send thousands of american soliders over to different countries when he does not know shit about war or what its even like. he used his dads money to get out of nam b/c he was a scared bitch that pretty much dodged the fucking draft. that is as non american as it comes.

Define strife. Strife is a country with a horrible economy, no jobs, some of the worst pollution in the world, corporations running everything with no care of laws, and an administration that slowly strips our rights.

Sure, W may have brought a better life to Iraqis, but over here the US has gone to shit. We're in the middle of another Vietnam with no end in sight. More jobs have been lost on W's watch than any president since Herbert Hoover. A budget surplus that took eight years to build was blown in a couple of years. 9-11 was the biggest failure in US intelligence in known history (maybe since Pearl Harbor). He wants to strip WMDs from countries that may not even have them, all while funding projects to build "Tactical Bunker Busters", a NUCLEAR WEAPON that can be fired from a jet like a Sidewinder! Hell, three of those things would equal the destructive force of Hiroshima. Social security has all but fallen apart just as the boomers are ready to retire.


Show me where Bush has been a great leader in the face of strife.

That is a pretty dumb statement. Under clinton, we had one of the biggest surpluss in america's history. Unemployment rates were at an all time low, and america was a happy place. Around 99-2000 time, TECH stocks took a plung because people found out, dot.com companys really were just a domain name. So people started to dump their tech stocks and resulted in a number of tech jobs. This may sound horrible, but "tech Jobs" were a risky job because they were so new, and as soon as the jobs were created, they were wiped away.

With bush, he is loosing jobs that people have been at for 30+ years. Throughout the midwest, entire factorys are being shut down. Yea, the stock market has been on the rise in the past year or so, but the jobs are still not their. Bush has bragged that he has made thousand's of jobs, but 90% of those jobs are entry level posistions, paying pretty much minimum wage. On top of that, since bush has been on his "economic plan" he has created thousands of jobs, but ten times that amount has been lost under him.

Bush has had the check book out ever since he took office. Remember the old thing was that "Missile Defence" program, which most experts said that the project would never work, but we kept on spending. That fizzeled off somewhere. Then it was a huge tax cut, which was actually maybe a few hundred dollars for the working class, and the upperclass got 20K tax brakes. The best explination of his tax cut was a democrate in washington had a Lexus, a Lexus Muffler, and a few quarts of oil, and a filter.

He said, "under bushes plan, the rich can buy this new car. For the working class, they can buy the cars muffler, and for the poor, they can buy the oil change" Now thats a little odd.

Then we went to war to fight terrorism. I agree, we needed to fight after 9/11. However, where has that got us? Oshama has yet to be cought, al quida is still active in both afganistan and now iraq, and the damn gas prices are still $2 a gallon lol

Then there was a huge iminate threat of WMD's. So instead of doing the whole UN thing, we decide to go alone. A former bush advisor said bush at meetings was always saying "how soon can we move in" from early on, even before even taking a look to see if there really was a problem. Now 500 service men and women died, and what do we have to show for it? No WMD's were found, vilonce runs rampid in Iraq, the country is on the verge of civil war, and most importantly, I am still spending $2.00 a gallon on gas.


Hell, even Mrs Bush Sr. said that she was suprised that he was elected president. She said that she always saw Jeb becoming president, but never George.
