A 190 lph pump without hardwiring can have its flow calculated by plugging into the equation y=176.43/[(1+.000613550e^(.1010873x)] where x is total fuel pressure (base + boost if you're running a 1:1 rising rate regulator like most people) and y gives flow in lph. At 43 psi base fuel pressure (what most injectors are rated at), you'll flow 145.11 lph at 15 psi boost, which from what I understand is about the max Honda guys can run due to the metering setup. In that case, the pump itself will be good for 2418.5 cc/min of fuel, or roughly 600 cc/min of fuel per injector. Running 85% IDC max on a set of 600cc injectors with pump 93 and an AFR of 11:1 will support 37.5 lbs/min of fuel, which is good for over 300 whp (closer to 320-330).
