everyone says h is VERY GOOD
but search for companies to use and not to use

i can tell you that osaka sucks ass
do not go through them unless you can go and pick up the motor and pull a compression test before you accept

i think i saw a "dont buy from" thread on hmotors on honda tech. best thing is to call em and see what guarantees they have. make sure u get a bill of sale stating what u are buying.
