What engine should I use for my swap?

Hi my name is David. I’m new to all this Honda engine stuff, I got a free 1987 Honda Accord with a bad engine, I want to make a sleeper out of it and I was wondering what would be a good engine to put in it and make some healthy HP with a turbocharged in it.
